I had the same experience with Ian today. I normally work out at the Seattle PRO, but had to go to the East Side today. I was really bumming about the giant scale and anonymity of the Redmond PRO, and then I heard Ian greeting tons of people by name, saying he was just fabulous, every day is a great day, thanking people non-stop. It made a significant difference in my experience. Ian's just a great guy to have on your team.
