OnHollywood

This past week, Paul our CEO and myself attended the OnHollywood event put on my AlwaysOn in West Hollywood. It was a combination of entertainment, media, communications companies and a lot of focus on video and Web 2.0 applications. Lots of interesting smaller start-up companies, major studios (Paramount, Universal), TV stations (NBC), web companies like JibJab, and comedians (Jon Lovitz, National Lampoon Lemmings) and musicians (Peter Gabriel).

Everything was about interactivity, personalization, communities of interest, viral marketing, mobile advertising etc. Having just launched my blog site about a month ago and severely linked in on FaceBook now it was a validation of everything that I thought was going on and the still huge opportunities ahead for Dilithium in the mobile and broadband market. The US is still learning from the rest of the world and our experience will serve us well in this market.
