		<description>Hey there! I made a huge salad today. From the conversation yesterday.  THE FIRST TIME I didn&#039;t use a glass bowl. But, it was layered. Lettuce in the bottom. Mix of chick peas, black beans, and corn nibblets. Steamed vegetables. Chopped tomatoes. Then tuna. Topped off with my French mustard dressing. Pretty good start to my healthy week. Oh, I drink hot water.</description>
